A person moving into Cullman from another state must
obtain an Alabama drivers license within 30 days of
establishing residency. New residents with an-out-of state
drivers license will be required to take an eye exam
before an Alabama drivers license will be issued. Before
examination, you must turn in the out-of-state drivers
license and show a social security card. Exams are given
Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 9:30 AM and 12:30 - 2:00 PM.
