The Retail Committee consists of members engaged in the retail business. This committee promotes a healthy retail climate by providing a venue for promotions and communication among business owners and their employees to discuss and exchange ideas on issues unique to the retail community. The Committee plans the following retail events: Small Business of the Month, Seminars, Secret Shoppers, Paint the Town and Christmas window display contest and Hops & Shops.

Cullman Management Roundtable
Richard Lehr leads the discussion on the most current issues arising on the legislative, regulatory, judicial and organized labor fronts. The meetings are held quarterly at the Chamber of Commerce and are conducted in a conversational, interactive manner.

Chamber TRC Leadership
Increase membership and Chamber awareness by organizing an annual campaign that coordinates a 2 month volunteer effort in recruiting new members and program sponsorships.
