Small Business of the Month Nomination Form

If you’d like to nominate a fellow member for Small Business of the Month, please fill out the form below or give us a call at our office at 256-734-0454.

For a business to qualify:

1. Must have fewer than 100 employees.
2. Must be an established business of at least two years.
3. A member in good standing with the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce.
4. Is active as a volunteer or frequently participate in Chamber functions.
5. Maintain a creative, innovative, or unique approach to business.
6. Provide superior customer service and/or products.
