Visit Cullman exists to promote the Cullman area by offering local insights and information to visitors to educate them on the resources, attractions, lodgings, and more available in the community. The organization also seeks to provide hospitality and support to the tourism industry to spur tourism in the Cullman area.

2nd Fridays
2nd Fridays are held the second Friday of each month from June through September in downtown Cullman. Every 2nd Friday, residents and visitors alike can partake in an evening of fun activities centered around extended retail hours, restaurant specials, and entertainment.
Smith Lake
A hidden gem situated between Birmingham and Huntsville, Smith Lake is one of the top three cleanest lakes in the United States and the deepest lake in the state of Alabama.
Ave Maria Grotto
The Ave Maria Grotto is situated on the grounds of St. Bernard Abbey, which was founded in 1891 and is the only Benedictine monastery of men in Alabama. The Grotto is a landscaped hillside of 125 small stone and cement structures, which were created by Brother Joseph Zoetl, O.S.B., a monk of the Abbey for nearly 70 years.
Rock the South
Cullman is the home to Rock the South, one of the most sought-after annual concerts that feature some of the biggest names in country music.

Tourism Bureau Leadership
The Cullman County Tourism Bureau is a nonprofit organization created to encourage tourism in Cullman County. The 11-member Bureau’s sole mission is to promote and encourage tourism throughout Cullman County, including encouraging first time and returning visitors, offering relaxing and remarkable experiences to guests, cultivating an inviting atmosphere, garnering support and advocacy from locals, developing strong, long-lasting relationships within the local business community, and leading in the promotion and education of the Cullman area.
