Housing Study
The Cullman Area Housing Needs Assessment combines an evaluation of housing and economic trends, market, socio-economic, and demographic data, with an analysis of housing, commercial, and neighborhood conditions, to forecast future housing needs. The Housing Needs Assessment was an expected outcome that was outlined in the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce’s five-year strategic plan, and it was completed on June 13, 2023.
