Certificate of origin and Notary Services
Benefits of being a member of the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce go beyond the basics. As a member benefit, the Chamber will sign Certificates of Origin and provide notary services.
The Cullman Area Housing Needs Assessment combines an evaluation of housing and economic trends, market, socio-economic, and demographic data, with an analysis of housing, commercial, and neighborhood conditions, to forecast future housing needs. The Housing Needs Assessment was an expected outcome that was outlined in the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce’s five-year strategic plan, and it was completed on March 22, 2019.
